Redeemer is led and shepherded by a team of Elders. New Testament churches were entrusted to the care and supervision of a body of elders who kept watch over their souls and would one day give account to the Great Shepherd of the sheep (I Peter 5:1-4). The church family is called to obey them and submit to them so that their work will be a joy and not a burden (Heb. 13:17).

Austin Calhoun is the Director of Group Ministries and is responsible for recruiting, training and equipping Group leaders and coordinating “on ramps” for adults to plug into our Groups (assimilation).
