Job Overview About Christ Our Redeemer Community Church (COR): COR is a non-denominational community church whose “base camp” is in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Since its founding in 2007, COR has grown to a committed congregation of 120-150 people (pre-COVID) and remained committed to its founding vision that can most succinctly be summarized by our “Four G’s:” Grace is our glorious foundation Grow! is our constant exhortation Groups are our primary organization Go! is our radical orientation COR’s identity centers around community, discipleship, spirituality, missions, truth, and hospitality, perhaps best summarized as “incarnational ministry.” As we see it, that means learning to love one another, growing in Christ, and living the life of the Spirit of Jesus, not just on Sundays but throughout the week in our daily lives.
